My journey in alternative therapies begun more than a decade ago, when i entered the School of Esoteric Studies and Energy & Health Spa.
I received training for the most holistic massage protocol i've been taught so far, the "Full Body Aromatherapy Healing Touch Massage" and later on i fulfilled my practice.
Overtime, i got trained in the rest of massages such as Full body Lymphatic (body & face), Belly & intestines massage, and Rejuvance face-list massage. I participated in every workshop available including Aromatherapy and Hot Stones massage.
If you'd like a more detailed view to my massage-experience,
have a look at my resume below.
While working in the School & Spa, i attended other alternative therapies seminars as well like "the Art of Meditation", "Master self-Hypnosis", and joined the workshop of "Super Brain Yoga". I was taught Pranic Healing (reached Advanced level) and participated in weekly "Twin Hearts" meditations and healing practicing sessions.
Over the years i became a dedicated therapist specializing in the Art of Massage, with a holistic approach as to achieve enhancement of wellness for body-mind-spirit. I'm passionate about providing massages tailored to individual needs, that offer pain & soreness relief and alleviate stress within a holistically therapeutic session.
However, my holistic philosophy is not limited to massage, nor does my view on alternative therapies end to Aromatherapy.
I consider Mindfulness to be an alternative method for healing that thankfully has received the attention it deserves and many scientists from all over the world dedicate their time in proving it's healing benefits like in the case of MBSR.
Although Mindfulness is a somewhat permanent state-of-mind of mine, only lately have i begun my official journey by attending the "Mindfulness Professional" seminar, along with a variety of courses.
As a perpetual & habitual learner, my educational journey never ends and is always evolved or expanded. For whatever else i get my mind onto i'll update this page.
